Clinic Director

The Clinic Director at Peak is typically filled by a veteran PT or OT that has been elevated from a Peak clinic where they have been a staff PT or OT.  They have had the time to learn the Peak policies, procedures and systems and just as importantly the team culture.  While years, of experience as a PT are important the work ethic and personality of the applicant are just as important to being considered for this role.  The position is open to any applicant, but members of our existing team are typically considered first as we seek members that want to grow with Team Peak as we have doubled in size each year for the past two years and continue to grow.

Peak pays a competitive wage in all of the positions listed below.  Team Peak also has an exceptional and vast benefits package often unmatched in an outpatient orthopedic private practice.

Peak is a drug free business with drug testing and a criminal background check required for consideration of employment.

All of our clinics are open from 7:00AM to 7:00PM Monday through Thursday and 7:00AM to 5:00PM on Friday’s.  We are currently closed on the weekends.

Athletic Trainer

The Certified Athletic Trainer must have their bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and be certified through the State of Colorado.  The role of the “ATC” can range from more of an “EP” role for new graduates without significant experience with an orthopedic population to a role that more closely resembles a staff Physical Therapist.  This is all based on post graduate certifications, experience, and/or continuing education courses taken since graduation.  Most ATC’s at Peak have their own cases where they assist the PT’s in much the same way as a seasoned PTA might.
